Tasmania got lucky when Raelene Bates rocked up to the Harvest Market in 2012 to start selling her delectable products. Long story short and some infamous sausage rolls later and Delicious Little Things has turned into a thriving boutique baking business specialising in small desserts, savoury treats, macarons and bespoke cakes.
